The delivery time for orders is divided into two parts.

Processing time includes order verification, processing, quality control, and packaging. Orders take an additional 1 to 2 days to process.

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. International delivery typically takes 5-15 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, items may sometimes take longer to arrive at their destination.

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
